Trane Mobile Service Tool App

Trane Mobile Service Tool is mobile phone app for Service Technicians, both third party contractors and Trane technicians, who are responsible for the start up and maintenance of equipment with Symbio 700 and 800 unit controllers, replacing the legacy servicing tools used on older controllers.

Trane Ensemble Facility Request App

Trane Ensemble Facility Request app allows tenants via their mobile phone to create after-hours requests and adjust temperatures in commercial building spaces.   The app includes a technician view that allows maintenance staff to view assigned work orders assigned, update work order status, and enter work performed information.

Trane Pivot Smart Thermostat

The Pivot Thermostat System includes the smart thermostat, the mobile app and the contractor portal. It is specifically designed for commercial applications and works with Trane equipment as well as equipment from other manufacturers.

Trane Connect Web Application

Trane Connect™ is a secure, cloud-based customer portal to access the user’s building systems to remotely monitor and manage building systems, and conduct routine maintenance. With Trane Connect™, users have the means to manage, service and optimize operations from anywhere, at anytime.

Xcel Energy Paystation Location Finder

Find a Pay Station is a customized Salesforce component that assists Xcel Energy accountholders locate a payment center and pay by either cash or money order. Accountholders can see a list of locations using their current geolocation or use the search field to find a payment location. Also, features a link to send a location to your phone from a desktop site or to share with other users.

Xcel Energy Understand Your Bill

Xcel Energy service area covers eight states and the layout and content of their utility differs via state. The page design allows the user to select a view that matches the visualization of their region’s electric bill. Clickable interactive bills provide a detailed explanation of the bill components and term definitions.
