Xcel Energy’s Business Services section of their site was reorganized to lead a business customer through an intuitive and helpful path of programs that would help drive down costs, adopt renewables, and operate their business with more energy efficiency.

Xcel Energy’s Residential Services section of their site was streamlined to be a more critical resource for helping residential customers save money on their energy bill. Since there is a lot of information, it was important to leverage logical and intuitive navigation to enhance Xcel Energy’s role as a trusted advisor that’s guiding them effectively through their journey.
