This was the first pass at getting user reactions to four design treatments of a Securian Financial life insurance interactive cash value chart and an illustration summary. The testing was conducted via UserTesting.com in the context of a Financial Professional with a client reviewing and interacting (images are purposely obscured for legal compliance).

The Securian Financial Life Pending Business tool allows Financial Professionals to easily monitor the status of pending business and keep clients informed on their life insurance and financial accounts. After understanding the users and business needs of the product, a heuristic analysis was facilitated to improve usability and efficiency (images are purposely obscured for legal compliance).
